At Caraday, we’re passionate about creating a vibrant and enriching community for our residents. The Western Hills community is a shining example of that commitment, which we call The Caraday Way. From laughter-filled game days to inspiring time in the sunshine, we’re always dreaming up new ways to spark joy and connection. Here are some of Western Hills’ recent activities:
Game Night
Engaging and fun for all skill levels, Game Night is a huge success with board games, Connect Four®, and Yahtzee®. Mr. Roy (pictured) was the big winner at July’s event: he rolled an astounding 497 points and three ‘Yahtzees’ in one game! The shaking dice are loud, but the gleeful shouts are louder.
‘Sword’ Fights
The competition and laughter roar as residents use their gentle ‘swords’ to combat the onslaught of balloons. If laughter is the best medicine, residents get more than a spoonful while enjoying each other’s company.
Baking Day
Baking days deliver tasty treats, but they also off er a sense of accomplishment and pride. These culinary adventures promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical activity. Most importantly, they enrich the daily lives of our residents, fostering a sense of community, teamwork, and purpose.
