What our residents, families and team members are saying

My sister and I took a tour of this wonderful facility. We were immediately greeted and welcomed by the administrative staff; they were very pleasant, provided us so much information, and answered all our questions. My sister and I were so comfortable and excited about the visit. We hope our sister will become a member of the Caraday family.

My Dad was transferred to Caraday of Houston in January. In comparison to the other nursing homes my father has been in, the staff is exceptional, especially when communicating with family. I am always able to get someone on the phone when I call and they call back when they say they will. They have clearly put in the effort to get to know my Dad. They are able to tell me his preferences and habits when I ask for updates. – When it is safe, they encourage my Dad to do daily tasks on his own which is something I am extremely grateful for. My Dad is difficult to care for and the nursing staff was kind and patient. They seemed to genuinely want to know the best ways to interact with him and we had several good conversations about his preferences and limitations.

I’ve heard nothing but great things about this center. I cannot speak for anyone else but as for my family, we have had a great experience.

Excellent and caring staff that take pride in the facility and serving their residence!

The staff at Caraday of Houston have been exceptional!

I’ve been here almost a year and I love it! The workers are so friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t move anywhere else.

My team members are very encouraging and the residents are wonderful. Working here is like a second home for me and I enjoy putting a smile on residents’ faces.

Being an employee at this facility is very rewarding!

I’ve been employed at this facility for a long time and it’s great to be where everyone knows and loves the residents.

The facility has a warm and inviting feel tucked away behind a nice scenery. As a vendor for the facility, I witness great relationships between the staff and residents and receive a welcome greeting from the administrative staff.
