Your first encounter is actually with some residents who love to be in the front so they can welcome you in to visit. The CNA staff know these residents and treat them like family. The administrator is an animated, active part of the residents day. The DON is a fiery protective nurse, involved in all aspects of care. The kitchen manager and staff are some serious MVPs– the care and thought that goes into what they serve really shows. The social worker and physical therapy department is involved and are top notch..

My decision to have my aunt cared for was based on the people who would be caring for her, The staff provided our family’s every need for comfort. I can’t tell you how grateful I am she spent her last days with the folks at Caraway of Lampasas.

The staff is outstanding, and everyone has been kind, compassionate, and instrumental in ensuring the best possible level of care for Dad. Each time I visit, the employees are friendly, engage in conversation, and provide any general updates as needed. Throughout the day you can hear the murmur of conversation and laughter throughout the hallways.

This is a wonderful place to work! I’ve been all over Texas as a travel nurse, and teamwork here is top-notch!

My mom has been a resident for two years and she is doing so good. She is safe and happy. Great place to put your loved ones once you cannot care for them anymore. I am there daily and they are truly amazing.
