Caraday of Corpus Christi presented an Appreciation of Thanks plaque

Caraday of Corpus Christi presented an Appreciation of Thanks plaque to Pat Simon, co-anchor on KRIS 6 News, in recognition of his commitment to veterans and Caraday residents. During the appreciation, Simon also received crafts made by the residents celebrating America.

“Pat meant so much to the veterans and elderly,” said Caraday of Corpus Christi’s Administrator, Ernest De La Garza, describing how Simon would often stop by unannounced, just to visit with residents.

“It came from his heart,” De La Garza said. “Our residents will be forever grateful.”

Simon will be leaving KRIS 6 News on Aug. 4.
